Refund policy

At House of Osman, each item is made to order.

We only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. I

f your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns for sizing errors, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

All approved returns are handled through our fulfillment partner.
